We had a lovely stay, well maintained and clean, however there were some things that could have made it much better. When we phoned for the booking we were told that our unit is not sea facing but that the main bedroom has a small patio on the side of the building from which you can view the ocean. This was not the case we asked that if there was any cancelations for a patio unit we would glad pay more points to move, after two days passed a visibly empty patio unit was available (our whole stay) the reception staff did not even try to assist us to move we had to wait for working hour of the holiday club to phone and try and move but this service was also not very good as by Tuesday we finally got an answer that the unit “does not belong to the Holiday Club”.The rooms were very stuffy with no aircons. The fan in the lounge area barely worked thank goodness the bedroom fan was working well. Our fridge did not cool that well, and a slightly larger fridge would have been better too. I felt like the check in staff could have been a little more thorough with explaining how the cleaning services worked and other things they had to offer, I know check in time is busy but if you have to gather a couple of people together and verbally quickly explain, that would be perfect in my opinion. Instead a leaflet is given.

I loved everything about it. My children enjoyed themselves. Our pool had warm water both morning and evening. Few steps away from the beach and cherry on too the staff was so friendly (receptionist,security and cleaners). I can't wait to visit the place again.

This place will rival most 5 star resorts I can tell u it's cleanliness and rooms are second to none my 3 kids having a blast and we still Here, even the linen is crisp, u won't even find a single ant in ur room I'm so impressed it's unbelieveable, I found my place in the south for sure...this place truly sets the standard. Loving every minute !!! Rooms: Immaculate. Nearby activities: All close by. Safety: No worries at all. Noteworthy details: I'm big on cleanliness and this place set the bar for me cause ibhave little kids and everything was prestine.

This place is absolutely amazing! The game rooms for kids are fantastic, and the beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spotless, neat, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful and relaxed stay. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and large and well-equipped kitchen areas. Just wish there were aircons in the rooms and showers with better flowing water heads. Kids area is really nice and well maintained. The rooms and building is very clean. The swimming pool is really nice and very relaxing. A big plus is the direct access to the beach which makes it very convenient. Shops are close and easy accessible. A big thank you to Margate Beach Club staff for making our stay pleasurable and fun. See you again soon.
